The City of Portland hereby issues this Request for Bid (“RFB”). The City is seeking bids from firms interested and qualified to replace the existing fences around two ground water storage tanks and two elevated water storage tanks. The City intends to enter into a Service Agreement (also referred to herein as a “Contract”) for these services.
The sealed bid must be clearly marked on the outside "RFB 4621 FOR WATER TANK FENCING" along with the bidder's name and address as instructed in the RFB. All Bids must be addressed and delivered to: Annette Hall – City Secretary, City of Portland City Hall, 1900 Billy G. Webb Dr., Portland, TX 78374 by no later than 2:00 PM (CT) on December 8, 2022. Any bids received after the due date and time will be returned unopened. All bids must be complete, accurate and in the City-approved format specified. Bidders must furnish pricing for all of the items shown on the Bid Pricing Form. Unauthorized modifications of specifications, forms or terms may render the bid invalid.
