5.    MINUTES:  Consideration will be given to the minutes of the July 10, 2001, regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

 

6.    REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL: The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider a request from North Shore Properties, Inc. for preliminary plat approval for a proposed residential subdivision at the corner of North Shore Blvd. and Broadway Blvd.

 

7.    ELECTION OF OFFICERS:  The Planning and Zoning Commission will elect a Chairperson and Vice     Chairperson.
