5.    PRESENTATION OF PETITION:  The Planning and Zoning Commission will be presented a petition from residents of Old Towne requesting the Commission to approve a resolution to initiate an amendment to the Unified Development Ordinance and Official Zoning Map.

 

6.    RESPONSE TO PETITION:  The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider a response to a petition from residents of Old Towne requesting the Commission to approve a resolution to initiate an amendment to the Unified Development Ordinance and Official Zoning Map.
