3.     WELCOME AND INTRODUCTION OF NEW COMMISSIONER:

 

4.    MINUTES:  Consideration will be given to the minutes of the May 14, 2002, regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

 

5.    PUBLIC HEARING:  The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a Public hearing to solicit comments from citizens and other interested parties concerning changes to the Unified Development Ordinance:

• Rewrite “Planned Unit Development (PUD)” regulations (Section 311)

• Change requirements for as-built subdivision improvement plans (Section 312.B.3)

• Add a time limit on re-application of denied zoning change requests (Section 313)

• Change requirements for real estate, land sales and subdivision signs (Section 712.A)

• Change definition of “Building Height” (Chapter 10)

 

6. RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL: The Planning and Zoning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council concerning changes in the Unified Development Ordinance.

 

7.    ELECTION OF OFFICERS:    The Planning and Zoning Commission will elect a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson.
