PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING

AGENDA

 

 

 

1.                  Call to order: Chairman Derek Naiser.
 

2.                  Recognition of citizens to be heard:  Attending citizens who wish to address an issue that’s not on the agenda will be given 3 minutes to do so after identifying themselves and giving their residential addresses.
 

3.         Minutes: The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the minutes of its April 13, 2004 and May 11, 2004 regular meetings.
 

4.                  Public hearing: The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to solicit comments from citizens and other interested parties concerning a request from Pries Properties to replat lots located at 1907 and 1909 U.S. Highway 181 (Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, Oak Ridge Estates Unit 10).
 

5.                  Final replat:  The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider a final replat of lots located at 1907 and 1909 U.S. Highway 181 (Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, Oak Ridge Estates Unit 10).
 

6.                  Construction project finishes:  The Planning and Zoning Commission will discuss construction project finishes (building exterior and landscaping).
 

7.                  Traffic issues: The Planning and Zoning Commission will discuss speed limit changes and a critical intersection study.
 

8.                  Development update: The City Manager will present a development update and July 13, 2004 commission meeting preview.
 

9.                  Commission questions and comments:  Members of the commission will be given an opportunity to ask questions and make comments.
