AGENDA

1.     CALL TO ORDER:

 

2.     CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON ITEMS NOT APPEARING ON THE AGENDA:

 

3.     MINUTES:  Consideration will be given to the minutes of the February 12, 2002, regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

 

4.     REQUEST FOR PLAT APPROVAL: The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider a request from Vito and Millie Barrera to approve a final plat of Tract B, Portland Place.

 

5.     PUBLIC HEARING:  The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a Public hearing to solicit comments from citizens and other interested parties concerning amending the Unified Development Ordinance by adding a new zoning district “Olde Town Single Family Residential District (OT-3)”and amending the Official Zoning Map by rezoning certain property in the Old Town Site as OT-3.

 

6. RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL: The Planning and Zoning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council concerning amending the Unified Development Ordinance by adding a new zoning district “Olde Town Single Family Residential District (OT-3)”and amending the Official Zoning Map by rezoning certain property in the Old Town Site as OT-3.
