AGENDA

1.     CALL TO ORDER:

 

2.    PUBLIC HEARING:  The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing concerning a request from     Gabe Gonzalez on behalf on Charles and Sharon Calhoun to replat Lot 3, Block 1, Blair Addition into Lots 3A and 3B, Block 1, Blair Addition.

 

3.   REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF REPLAT:  The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider a request from Gabe  Gonzalez on behalf on Charles and Sharon Calhoun to replat Lot 3, Block 1, Blair Addition into Lots 3A and 3B, Block 1, Blair Addition.

 

4.   PUBLIC HEARING:  The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing concerning a request from Allen Chopelas for a zoning change of Lots 1-10, 15, portions of Lots 16-24, and a closed alley located in Tier B7 of the Old Town Site.  The request is to change the zoning classification from Olde Town Residential District (OT-1) to a Planned Unit Development for “Garden Homes” (single family detached homes with zero lot lines, reduced setbacks, and common areas).

 

5.   RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL:  The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider making a recommendation to the City Council concerning rezoning Lots 1-10, 15, portions of Lots 16-24, and a closed alley located in Tier B7 from OT-1 to a Planned Unit Development for Single Family Garden Homes.
