1. CALL TO ORDER:
2. PUBLIC HEARING: The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing concerning a request from Charles Stafford to replat Lot 33, Block 1, Oak Ridge Unit #3 into Lots 33A, 33B and 33C Oak Ridge Unit #3. The property is located on the corner of Oak Brook Drive and Buddy Ganem Road.
3. REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF REPLAT: The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider a request for approval of a replat from Charles Stafford to replat Lot 33, Block 1, Oak Ridge Unit #3 into Lots 33A, 33B and 33C Oak Ridge Unit #3
4. PUBLIC HEARING: The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing concerning changes to the regulations of the platting of property.
5. RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL: The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider making a recommendation to the City Council concerning changes to the regulations of the platting of property.
6. PUBLIC HEARING: The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing concerning changes to sign regulations.
7. RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL: The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider making a recommendation to the City Council concerning changes to sign regulations.
8. PUBLIC HEARING: The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing concerning new regulations for “Amusement Redemption Machine Establishments.”
9. RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL: The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider making a recommendation to the City Council concerning new regulations for “Amusement Redemption Machine Establishments”.
