AGENDA

1.    CALL TO ORDER:

 

2.    CITIZENS TO BE HEARD ON ITEMS NOT APPEARING ON THE AGENDA:

 

3.    WELCOME AND INTRODUCTION OF NEW COMMISSIONER:

 

4.    MINUTES:  Consideration will be given to the minutes of the December 10, 2002, regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.
 

5.    PUBLIC HEARING:  The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing concerning a request from Charles Stafford to rezone Lot 33, Block 1, Oak Ridge Unit #3 from Professional Office District to Residential District.  The property is located on the corner of Oak Brook Drive and Buddy Ganem Road.

 

6.    RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL:  The Planning and Zoning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council concerning a request from Charles Stafford to rezone Lot 33, Block 1, Oak Ridge Unit #3 from Professional Office District to Residential District. 

 

7.    REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT APPROVAL:  The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider a request for final plat approval from Shell Development Joint Venture for a subdivision to be named Bay Ridge Subdivision Unit 5.

 

8.    DISCUSSION OF UPCOMING PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RESPONSIBILITIES:  A discussion of upcoming activities and responsibilities of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be held.
