5. Minutes: The City Council will consider the minutes of its June 1, 2004 regular workshop, June 1, 2004 regular meeting and the June 9, 2004 special workshop.
6. Venue project change order No. 2: The City Council will consider a change order in the amount of $27,244.00 for bath house improvements at the Portland Aquatic Center.
7. Planning and zoning commission appointment: The City Council will consider the appointment of Greg Blake to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
8. Community center fee waiver: The City Council will consider a Community Center fee waiver for the October 27, 2004 John Ben Shepperd Public Leadership Student Forum.
9. Engagement of engineering firms: The City Council will consider the engagement of engineering firms for specific projects.
a. Naismith Engineering – study of Bluff Lift Station sanitary sewer basin (hourly rate – total fee shall not exceed $7,500.00)
b. LNV Engineering – review of 2000 Street Study and amendment of Street Maintenance Plan (total fee of $6,160.00)
10. Amendment of personnel policy manual: The City Council will consider of Section 18.04 (subsistence expenses) of the Personnel Policy Manual.
11. Ordinance prohibiting smoking in specific areas: The City Council will consider the first reading of an ordinance that prohibits smoking in city sports complexes, parks, recreation facilities and activity centers.
12. Service honor guidelines: The City Council will consider guidelines for the bestowal of service honors to members of the City Council.
13. Resolution naming venue project pavilion: The City Council will consider a resolution naming the venue project pavilion in honor of Joe Burke.
