8. Ordinance rezoning property at 1315 Wildcat Drive: The City Council will consider the second and final reading of an ordinance rezoning the property at 1315 Wildcat Drive (Lot 1, Block 2, Portland Place Unit 2) from “Special Permit” to “Professional office district."
9. Ordinance reducing electric transmission and distribution rates: The City Council will consider the second and final reading of an ordinance reducing the electric transmission and distribution rates by 21%.
