2. Executive session:  The City Council will conduct an executive session according to Sections §551.074 (evaluation of the Municipal Court Prosecutor) and §551.087 (deliberation regarding economic development negotiations) of the Government Code.
    

3. Utility rate study:  The City Council will discuss the results of the utility rate study conducted by Robert McClain of Maximus.
