5. Minutes: The City Council will consider the minutes of the February 3, 2004 regular workshop and meeting.
6. Comprehensive annual financial report: The City Council will consider the comprehensive annual financial report for the 2002-2003 fiscal year.
7. Service agreement: The City Council will consider a service agreement with the Portland Chamber of Commerce.
8. Board appointments: The City Council will consider the appointments to miscellaneous boards (Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals, Ethics Board, Library Board and Oil and Gas Advisory Board).
9. Delegation of responsibility: The City Council will consider delegating responsibility for a Youth Commission trip to Council Members Cathy Skurow and John Vilo.
10. Venue project bids: The City Council will consider venue project (swim facility and festival site improvements) bids received on January 27, 2004.
