b.           Project progress report:  The City Manager will present a progress report on Portland projects (capital and economic development).

5.    Minutes:  The City Council will consider the minutes of the December 16, 2003 regular workshop and meeting.

 

6.    Event co-sponsorship:  The City Council will consider co-sponsorship of a benefit event (luncheon and game day) planned by the Chatwork Civic Club.

 

7.    Ordinance changing park name:  The City Council will consider the first reading of an ordinance that creates Violet Andrews Park.
