        a.    Texas Commission on Environmental Quality award: Glenda Swierc, T.C.E.Q. Compliance Assistance Specialist, will present a C2 Partnership Certificate to the fleet maintenance section of the Public Works Department.

5.    Minutes:  The City Council will consider the minutes of the December 2, 2003 regular meeting and the December 4, 2003 special meeting.

 

6.    Resolution approving transfer of cable television franchise:  The City Council will consider a resolution that approves the transfer of the cable television franchise to Charter Communications VI, LLC.

 

7.    Appointments to zoning board of adjustment:  The City Council will consider 3 appointments (1 regular member and 2 alternate members) to the Zoning Board of Adjustment.

  

8.    Development waiver:  The City Council will consider authorizing a commercial subdivision waiver to Wal-Mart. 

 

9.    Ordinance changing water rate:  The City Council will consider the first reading of an ordinance that changes the water service rate

 

10.   Engagement of utility rate consultant:  The City Council will consider the engagement of a utility rate consultant.
