a.           Proclamation recognizing the Gregory-Portland Wildcat Marching Band: Mayor Joe Burke will issue a proclamation that declares the week beginning November 24 to be Gregory-Portland Wildcat Marching Band week
 

b.           Street improvement program (phase 5):  Consulting city engineer Derek Naiser (LVN Engineering) will present a project progress report on Phase 5 of the Street Improvement Program
 

c.           Capital facilities program: Consulting city architect Raymond Gignac (Gignac & Associates) will present a project progress report on the Capital Facilities Program (new city hall and library expansion)

B.    General action items, resolutions and ordinances

5.    Minutes:  The City Council will consider the minutes of the November 4, 2003 regular workshop and meeting.

 

6.    Resolution casting ballots:  The City Council will consider a resolution casting votes in the election of San Patricio County Appraisal District directors.

 

7.    2003 Ad Valorem tax roll: The City Council will consider adopting the 2003 Ad Valorem tax roll submitted by the San Patricio County Appraisal District.

 

8.    Reorganization plan:  The  City Council will consider a reorganization plan presented by the City Manager.

 

9.    Ordinance decreasing water service rate:  The City Council will consider the first reading of an ordinance that decreases the water service rate.

10.   Ordinance increasing sanitary sewer service rate:  The City Council will consider the first reading of an ordinance that increases the sanitary sewer service rate
