2.        Water rate:  The City Council will discuss the water rate.

 

3.        Meeting policy:  The City Council will discuss policy governing board and commission meetings.

 

4.        Executive session:  The City Council will conduct an executive session according to Section §551.073 of the Texas Local Government Code to discuss a negotiated contract for a prospective gift or donation.

 

5.        Adjournment.
