5.    Minutes:  The City Council will consider the minutes of the October 21, 2003 regular meeting.

 

6.    Interim service agreement with Chamber of Commerce:  The City Council will consider an interim service agreement with the Portland Chamber of Commerce

 

7.    Windfest 2004 co-sponsorship:  The City Council will consider co-sponsorship of the 2004 Windfest and related activities conducted by the Portland Chamber of Commerce.

 

8.    Development waiver:  The City Council will consider a request for a residential subdivision waiver submitted by Hogan Homes.

 

9.    Resolution suspending electricity transmission and distribution rate increase:  The City Council will consider a resolution suspending an electricity transmission and distribution rate increase proposed by Central Power and Light.

10.   Ordinance increasing sanitary sewer service rate: The City Council will consider the first reading of an ordinance that increases the sanitary sewer service rate.

11.   Resolution authorizing drainage agreement:  The City Council will consider a resolution authorizing the execution of a drainage utilities agreement.

 

12.    Purchase of police cars:  The City Council will consider the purchase (state mass bid) of 2 police patrol cars.

 

13.    Ordinance regulating garage sales:  The City Council will consider the second and final reading of an ordinance that regulates garage sales
