1.        Call to Order.
 

2.        Ad valorem tax rate:  The City Council will discuss the 2003 ad valorem tax rate alternatives and alternative schedule.

 

3.        Utility rate study:  The City Council will discuss the 2003 utility rate study and a sanitary sewer rate increase.

 

4.        City Council appointments:  The City Council will discuss the process for appointment to advisory bodies.

 

5.        Training assessment:   The City Council will discuss an August 12, 2003 training assessment to be conducted by the Management Connection.

 

6.        Adjournment.
