moratorium:
The City Council will consider a resolution ending the moratorium on water
connections to residents outside the city limits following the presentation of
a report by a consulting city engineer (Victor Gutierrez of Coyn, Rehmet &
Gutierrez).
8. Request for water
service:
The City Council will consider a request for water service from the port of
Corpus Christi that supports development of the La Quinta Gateway project.
9. Construction
delivery method:
The City Council will consider using the construction manager at risk method
to construct a new city hall and expand the library.
