1.        Call to Order.
 

2.        Executive session:  The City Council will conduct an executive session according to Section §551.071 (consultation with attorney) and §551.071 (1) (discussion of pending or contemplated litigation) of the Texas Local Government Code.
 

3.         La Quinta Gateway Project: The City Council will discuss the La Quinta Gateway Project being planned by the Port of Corpus Christi following a presentation by Port staff officers.

4.        Adjournment.
