5.    Minutes: The City Council will consider the minutes of the May 6, 2003 regular City Council meeting.

 

6.    Venue project plans: The City Council will consider the recommendation of the ad hoc venue project committee concerning swim facility and festival site plans.

 

Mayor burke will recognize members of the ad hoc venue project committee before they are discharged from service

7.    Co-sponsorship of Operation Graduation Chemical Free Party: The City Council will consider co-sponsorship of the 2003 Operation Graduation Chemical Free Party on May 29, 2003 at the Community Center.

 

8.    Appointments to board of directors:  The City Council will consider appointments to the board of directors of the Portland Community Center Complex Development Corporation (2 positions must be filled by members of the City Council and 1 position must be filled by a citizen at large).
