5.    Minutes: The City Council will consider the minutes of the April 15, 2003 regular City Council meeting.

 

6.    Canvass of the general election: The City Council will consider the returns of the May 3, 2003 general election (4 council members will be elected to 2 year terms of office).

 

        Newly elected council members will be seated after taking oaths of office.

  

7.    Election of mayor pro tempore:  The City Council will elect one of it’s members mayor pro tempore for a 1 year term of office.

 

8.    Purchase of advertising:  The City Council will consider purchasing advertising in the 2003-2004 Portland magazine and business referral guide.

 

9.    Ordinance amending the Unified Development Ordinance - Subdivision Regulations: The City Council will consider the second reading of an ordinance that amends the subdivision regulations of the Unified Development Ordinance
