Minutes: The City Council will consider the minutes of the April 1, 2003
regular City Council
meeting and its April 7, 2003 special meeting..

Public hearing: The
City Council will conduct a public hearing to solicit comments from citizens
and other interested parties concerning the amendment of Subdivision
Regulations contained in the Unified Development Ordinance.

Ordinance amending the
Unified Development Ordinance - Subdivision Regulations: The City Council
will consider the first reading of an ordinance that amends the Subdivision
Regulations of the Unified Development Ordinance.

Public hearing:
The City Council will conduct a public hearing to solicit comments form
citizens and other interested parties concerning the amendment of sign
regulations contained in the Unified Development Ordinance.

Ordinance amending the unified development ordinance - Sign Regulations:
The City Council will consider the first reading of an ordinance that amends
the Sign Regulations contained in the Unified Development Ordinance.
10.
Resolution requesting
financial assistance: Consideration and approval of a resolution
requesting financial assistance from the Texas Water Development Board for
constructing various public improvements; authorizing the city’s financial
advisors, bond counsel, and engineers to coordinate the submission of the
application to the Texas Water Development Board; and other matters in
connection therewith.
11. Ordinance authorizing speed limit changes on
state-maintained thoroughfares: The City Council will consider the
second and final reading of an ordinance that authorizes TxDOT to change the
speed limit in construction zones on state-maintained thoroughfares.
