5.    Minutes: The City Council will consider the minutes of the March 18, 2003 workshop and regular City Council meeting.

 

6.    Resolution supporting Texas National Estuarine Research Reserve:  The City Council will consider a resolution supporting the designation of the Mission-Aransas Estuary as National Estuarine Research Reserve and the University of Texas (Austin) Marine Science Institute as Reserve Host.

  

7.    Ordinance regulating on-site sewage facilities:  The City Council will consider the second and final reading of an ordinance regulating on-site sewage facilities including septic tanks.

 

8.    Ordinance authorizing speed limit changes on U.S. Highway 181: The City Council will consider the second reading of an ordinance that authorizes TXDoT to change the speed limit in U.S. Highway 181 construction zones.
