1.    Call to Order.

 

2.    Executive session:  The City Council will meet in executive session according to Section §551.071 (1) of the Texas Local Government Code to discuss pending or contemplated litigation with Garrett Construction.

3.    Venue project:   The City Council will discuss the venue project following the presentation of a preliminary report by the ad hoc venue project committee chairman (Mayor pro tem David Krebs).

 

4.    Adjournment.
