5.    Minutes: The City Council will consider the minutes of the March 4, 2003 regular City Council meeting.

 

6.    Public hearing : The City Council will conduct a public hearing according to Chapter 366 of the Texas Health and Safety Code to solicit comments from citizens and other interested parties concerning the regulation of on-site sewerage facilities including septic tanks.

  

7.    Ordinance regulating on-site sewage facilities:  The City Council will consider the first reading of an ordinance regulating on-site sewage facilities including septic tanks.

 

8.    Ordinance authorizing speed limit changes on U.S. Highway 181: The City Council will consider the first reading of an ordinance that authorizes TXDoT to change the speed limit in U.S. Highway 181 construction zones.

 

9.    Ordinance amending Unified Development Ordinance (zoning classification): The City Council will consider the final (second) reading of an ordinance amending the Unified Development Ordinance and rezoning Lot 33, Block 1 of the Oak Ridge Estates Subdivision (Unit 3) from professional office district (ā€œPā€) to single-family residential district (ā€œR-6").
