Minutes: The City Council will consider the minutes of the February 18,

Public hearing :
The City Council will conduct a public hearing to solicit comments from
citizens and other interested parties concerning a request from Charles
Stafford to rezone lot 33, block 1 of the Oak Ridge Estates Subdivision (Unit
3) from professional office district (“P”) to single-family residential
district (“R-6").

Ordinance amending Unified Development Ordinance (zoning classification):
The City
Council will consider the first reading of an ordinance amending the Unified
Development Ordinance and rezoning lot 33, block 1 of the Oak Ridge Estates
Subdivision (Unit 3) from professional office district (“P”) to single-family
residential district (“R-6").

Ordinance abolishing Examining and Supervisory Board of Electricians:
The City Council will consider the final (second) reading of an ordinance that
abolishes the Examining and Supervisory Board of Electricians.

The City Council will consider the appointments to the Construction Board of
Adjustment and Appeals.

Ad valorem tax
refund: The City
Council will consider a $769.54 ad valorem tax refund to Allen Chopelas (101
