5.    Minutes: The City Council will consider the minutes of the February 4, 2003 special workshop and regular City Council meeting.

 

6.    Comprehensive Annual Financial Report: The City Council will consider the  Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the 2001-2002 fiscal year.

  

7.    Purchase of banners: The City Council will consider the purchase of banners.

 

8.    Venue project issues: The City Council will consider a venue project schedule, the creation of an ad hoc venue project committee, the appointment of ad hoc venue project committee members and the engagement of Naismith Engineering.

 

9.    Community center use and fees: The City Council will consider polices governing community center use and a new fee schedule.

 

10.    Purchase of computer software: The City Council will consider the purchase of computer software for the Department of Recreation.

 

11.    Ordinance abolishing examining and supervisory board of electricians: The City Council will consider the first reading of an ordinance that abolishes the Examining and Supervisory Board of Electricians.

 

12.    Appointments to Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals: The City Council will consider the appointments to the Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals.

 

13.    Ordinance changing overdue library fees:  The City Council will consider the final reading of an ordinance that changes overdue library fees.

 

14.    Ordinance reorganizing the Library Board: The City Council will consider the final reading of an ordinance reorganizing the Library Board and redefining it’s mission.

 

15.    Appointments to the Library Advisory Board: The City Council will consider appointments to the Library Advisory Board.

 

17.    Ad valorem tax refund: The City Council will consider the refund of $535.42 to Countrywide Home Loans on behalf of Bigner Edwards (1020 Cupertino).

 

18.    Termination of cable television study: The City Council will consider the termination of a study being conducted by the ad hoc Cable Television Committee.
