5.    Minutes: The City Council will consider the minutes of the January 14, 2003 public hearing, and January 21, 2003 special workshop and regular City Council meeting.

 

6.    Ordinance regulating establishments with amusement redemption machines:  The City Council will consider the final reading of an ordinance requiring establishments with amusement redemption machines to operate with permits and pay fees.

 

7.    Canvass of election: The City Council will consider a resolution canvassing the returns and declaring the results of a February 1, 2003 venue project election.

 

8.    Ordinance reorganizing the library board:  The City Council will consider the first reading of an ordinance reorganizing the Library Board and redefining it’s mission.
 

9.    Ordinance changing overdue library fees: The City Council will consider the first reading of an ordinance that changes overdue library fees.

 

10.   Indian Point pier concession agreement:  The City Council will consider an Indian Point pier concession agreement with the Playa Blanca Partnership.
