AGENDA for Workshop Meeting

1.    Call to Order.

 

2.    Executive session:   The City Council will conduct an executive session according to Section §551.071 of the Texas Local Government Code to seek advice from the City Attorney concerning contemplated litigation and Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct that require the City Attorney to consult with the City Council in private .  The focus of the executive session will be matters related to amusement redemption machines.

3.    Wastewater treatment plant improvements:  The City Council will discuss wastewater treatment plant improvements following a presentation by James Schwarz of Naismith Engineering.

4.    Adjournment.
