Minutes: The City Council will consider the minutes of the
October 15, 2002 special
workshop and regular City Council meeting.

Ordinance calling venue project election:
Consideration and second reading of an ordinance by the City Council of the
City of Portland, Texas, calling a venue project election to be held in the
city in accordance with the provisions of chapter 334, as amended, Texas Local
Government Code and other applicable law; making provision for the conduct of
the election; resolving other matters incident and related to such election;
and declaring an effective date.

Resolution binding and
prioritizing venue projects: Consideration and approval of a
resolution by the City Council of the City of Portland, Texas establishing the
city’s binding intention to prioritize the designated venue projects upon
obtaining the approval of the voters of the city; authorizing other matters
incident and related thereto; and providing an effective date.

2002 tax roll:
Consideration will be given to the 2002 ad valorem tax roll.

Ordinance amending the Unified Development Ordinance: The City Council will
consider the second and final reading of an ordinance that amends the Unified
Development Ordinance (changes to Section 312.b.3/Subdivision Construction
Plans, Section 313.1/Re-application for zoning change request, Section
712.a/Signs, Sections 1003/Defined terms).
