5.    Minutes: The City Council will consider the minutes of the September 17, 2002 special workshop and regular City Council meeting.

 

6.    Lift station bids:  The City Council will consider lift station (Broadway, Country Club, Georgia, Granby and High School) improvement bids received, opened and read publicly read on September 24, 2002.

 

7.    Resolution authorizing a venue project election:    The City Council will consider a resolution authorizing a February 2, 2003 venue project election and the performance of related tasks.

 

8.    Executive session:  The City Council will conduct an executive session according to Sections '551.071 (consultation with attorney), '551.072 (deliberation regarding real property) and '551.087 (deliberation regarding economic development negotiations) of the Texas Local Government Code. 

 

The city council may act on this agenda item in public at the conclusion of the executive session.
