5. Minutes: The City Council will consider the minutes of the July 16, 2002 workshop, July 16, 2002 regular City Council meeting and July 23, 2002 budget workshop.
6. Capital Program: The City Council will consider a 5 year capital program and a resolution adopting it.
7. Venue project election: The City Council will consider a venue project election timetable prepared by Jeff Kuhn of Fulbright & Jaworski.
8. Bid for street maintenance work: The City Council will consider bids for 2002 street maintenance work (phase 3 of the comprehensive street maintenance program) that were submitted, opened and publicly read on July 31, 2002.
9. First response fire service to Gregory: The City Council will consider the terms and conditions under which first response fire service will be provided to the City of Gregory.
10. Purchase of fire truck: The City Council will consider the mass bid purchase of a tanker/pumper for the fire department through the Houston-Galveston Area Council.
11. Lift station cost recovery: The City Council will consider the terms and conditions of cost recovery for Country Club lift station improvements.
12. Extension of franchise: The City Council will consider a request from B.F.I. to extend its exclusive sanitation franchise an additional 5 years.
13. Ordinance amending skate park regulations and fees: The City Council will consider the first reading of an ordinance that amends skate park regulations and fees.
14. Appointment to corporation board of directors: The City Council will consider the reappointment of 4 members (Mayor Joe Burke, Council Member Nathan East, Leroy Wieting and Tom Curlee) to the Portland Community Center Complex Development Corporation Board of Directors.
15. Ordinance regulating alleys: The City Council will consider the final reading of an ordinance that regulates alleys and other public places.
