A. Jena Nelson, Executive Director of the Portland Chamber of Commerce, will present a report on Windfest and Chamber of Commerce activities financed by city funds

5. Minutes: The City Council will consider the minutes of the May 21, 2002 regular City Council meeting and workshop.
6. Public hearing on annexation: The City Council will conduct a public hearing to solicit comments from citizens and other interested parties concerning the annexation of 22.5 acres of land owned by the city (11.5 acres of land) and Gregory-Portland Independent School District (11 acres of land).
7. Ordinance annexing 22.5 acres of land: the City Council will consider the second reading of an ordinance annexing 22.5 acres of land owned by the city (11.5 acres of land) and Gregory-Portland Independent School District (11 acres of land).
8. Ordinance amending the annual budget: the City Council will consider the second reading of an ordinance amending the 2001-2002 fiscal year budget.
