6. Material Finish: The City Council will consider the material finish of a business records storage facility (Reliant Storage Solutions, Ltd.) at 1605 U.S. Highway 181.
7. Intergovernmental loan of police car: The City Council will consider the intergovernmental loan of a surplus police car to the Tri-County Narcotics Task Force.
8. Debt creation and management: the City Council will consider the May 2002 sale of certificates of obligation, revenue bonds and an advanced revenue refund.
9. Ordinance permitting board of ethics members to serve on other advisory bodies: The City Council will consider the second and final reading of an ordinance that permits Board of Ethics members to serve on other advisory bodies.
10. Ordinance permitting Parks and Recreation Advisory Board members to serve on other advisory bodies: The City Council will consider the second and final reading of an ordinance that permits Parks and Recreation Advisory board members to serve on other advisory bodies.
