5. Minutes: The City Council will consider the minutes of the February 19, 2002 regular City Council meeting and workshop.
6. Appointment to Parks and Recreation Advisory Board: The City Council will consider the appointment of an ex officio member to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.
7. Waterview sanitary sewer line repair: The City Council will consider engaging Insituform Technologies, Inc. to repair the Waterview sanitary sewer line.
8. Street maintenance project: the City Council will consider engaging an engineering firm (Smith, Russo & Mercer) and bidding the 2001-2002 street maintenance project.
9. Debt creation and management: The City Council will consider the April 2002 sale of certificates of obligation, revenue bonds and an advanced revenue refund.
10. Waterline relocation project: The City Council will consider engaging an engineering firm (Smith, Russo, & Mercer) to design, bid and administer the mandatory relocation of the Indian Point water line.
11. Ordinance permitting board of ethics members to serve on other advisory bodies: The City Council will consider the first reading of an ordinance that permits Board of Ethics members to serve on other advisory bodies.
12. Ordinance permitting Parks and Recreation Advisory Board members to serve on other advisory bodies: The City Council will consider the first reading of an ordinance that permits Parks and Recreation Advisory board members to serve on other advisory bodies.
