b. Ray Allen, Executive Director of the Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries program, will present a report on the Indian Point Shoreline Protection project.
c. Jena Nelson, Executive Vice-president of the Portland Chamber of Commerce, will present a quarterly report on motel occupancy tax expenditures.

5. Minutes: The City Council will consider the minutes of the February 5, 2002 regular City Council meeting.
6. Comprehensive annual financial report: The City Council will consider an the comprehensive annual financial report (October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001) following a presentation by Frank Lovvorn of Gonzales, Kieschnick, Cross & Farias, L.L.P.
7. Co-sponsorship of operation graduation chemical free party: The City Council will consider co-sponsorship of the 2002 Operation Graduation chemical free party.
8. Christmas decoration committee: The City Council will consider creating a Christmas decoration committee.
9. Resolution authorizing grant: The City Council will consider a resolution authorizing the submission of a Local Law Enforcement Block Grant request.
