Ordinance authorizing sale of excess right-of-way: The City Council will consider the second and final reading of an ordinance declaring right-of-way in the 400 block of East Bayview Boulevard (Tier X7, Old Town Site) to be excess and selling it to Don and Gail Stevenson, the adjacent property owners.
