5. Minutes: The City Council will consider the minutes of the November 20, 2001 City Council workshop and the December 4, 2001 regular City Council meeting.
6. Bids for municipal park athletic lights: The City Council will consider bids for municipal park athletic light bids that were received, opened and read in public on December 14, 2001.
7. Prohibition of charitable solicitation within public rights-of-way: The City Council will consider prohibiting charitable solicitation within public rights-of-way by any person, group or organization.
8. Council meeting schedule change: The City Council will consider conducting the January 1, 2002 regularly scheduled City Council meeting on January 3, 2002
9. Skate park closure days: The City Council will consider a list of days the skate park will be closed.
10. Ordinance adopting construction codes: The City Council will consider the second and final reading of an ordinance that adopts the 2000 International Residential Code and the 1999 National Electrical Code.
