5. Minutes: The City Council will consider the minutes of the November 6, 2001 regular City Council meeting and the October November 6, 2001 City Council workshop
6. Bids for public works center improvements: The City Council will consider bids for public works center improvements that were received, opened and read in public on October 24, 2001
7. Purchase of police patrol cars: The City Council will consider the cooperative bid purchase of 2 police patrol cars.
8. Teletype system upgrade: The City Council will consider authorizing a $7,500.00 teletype system upgrade for the police department.
9. Sale of surplus vehicles and equipment: The City Council will consider authorizing the sale of an ambulance, rear loading garbage truck and wood chipper.
10. Ordinance rejecting vesting change: The City Council will consider the first reading of an ordinance that rejects 5 year vesting offered by the Texas municipal retirement system.
11. Resolution authorizing deferred compensation plan: The City Council will consider authorizing a deferred compensation plan for city employees through the International City/County Management Association.
12. Resolution authorizing grant application: The City Council will consider a resolution authorizing the submission of an application for a household hazardous waste management grant.
