B. General action items, resolutions and ordinances
5. Minutes: The City Council will consider the minutes of the October 16, 2001 regular City Council meeting and the October 23, 2001 City Council workshop
6. Request for fee increase: The City Council will consider a request for a fee increase from Naismith Engineering for work associated with the skate park.
7. Waterview sanitary sewer line: The City Council will consider the repair or replacement of the Waterview sanitary sewer line following a report by the engineering firm of Smith, Russo & Mercer.
8. Authorization to prepare contract: The City Council will consider the preparation of a contract with the San Patricio Municipal Water District for effluent and biosolid use.
9. Defense of South Texas military assets: The City Council will consider an agreement with the San Patricio County Economic Development Corporation for the defense of South Texas military assets, the appropriation of $15,000.00 and the designation of a representative
10. Resolution authorizing City Manager to execute agreement: The City Council will consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with the successful bidder of the electric load of the South Texas aggregation project.
11. Ad valorem tax roll: The City Council will consider the 2001 ad valorem tax roll prepared by the San Patricio County Appraisal District.
12. Authorization to conduct auction: The City Council will consider authorizing a November 17, 2001 auction of items that have been forfeited or declared surplus.
13. Resolution authorizing grant submission: the City Council will consider a resolution authorizing the submission of a Local Law Enforcement Block Grant application.
14. Ordinance establishing skate park regulations and fees: The City Council will consider the second and final reading of an ordinance that establishes skate park regulations and fees.
15. Resolution casting votes: The City Council will consider a resolution casting votes in the election of San Patricio County Appraisal District directors.
The City Council may enter into executive session to discuss a nominee or nominees for whom votes could be cast according to section '551.074 of the local government code.
16. Executive session: The City Council will conduct an executive session according to Section '551.072 of the Local Government Code to discuss the acquisition of utility easements between U.S. Highway 181 and the NorthShore Country Club.
The City Council may formally act on this agenda item in public at the conclusion of the executive session.
