5. Minutes: The City Council will consider the minutes of the September 6, 2001 workshop and the September 18, 2001 regular council meeting.
6. Public hearing on annexation: The City Council will conduct a public hearing to solicit comments from citizens and other interested parties concerning the annexation of 4.2 acres of land owned by the First United Methodist Church.
7. Annexation ordinance: The City Council will consider first reading of an ordinance annexing 4.2 acres of land owned by the First United Methodist Church.
8. Agreement granting exclusive subdivision regulation authority: The City Council will consider first reading of an agreement with San Patricio County that grants the City exclusive subdivision regulation authority within its extraterritorial jurisdiction.
9. Waterview sanitary sewer line replacement: The City Council will consider the replacement of the sanitary sewer line on Waterview following consider first reading of an ordinance that increases the solid waste collection rates.
10. Street improvement program change order: The City Council will consider a change order that eliminates $4,130.00 in irrigation and landscaping associated with the Community Center parking lot being constructed by Haas-Anderson Construction.
11. Skate park project change order: The City Council will consider a change order in the amount of $14,000.00 to provide concrete utility space at the new skate park.
12. Site specific agreement with Ducks Unlimited: The City Council will consider a site specific agreement (Sunset Lake Recreation Area Water Circulation Enhancement Project) with Ducks Unlimited.
