2. Co-sponsorship of Windfest: The City Council will discuss Windfest co-sponsorship and festival site related issues.
    

3. Effluent transfer and use:  The City Council will discuss the transfer and use of effluent currently being discharged into Nueces Bay.
   
   

4. Street Improvement Program (Phase 5):  The City Council will discuss the Street Improvement Program (phase 5) following a presentation by Derek Naiser of Smith, Russo & Mercer.
   
   

5. City photograph contest:  The City Council will discuss entries in the City photograph contest and select winners.
    

6. Purchase of banners:  The City Council will discuss the purchase and installation of banners.
    

7. Purchase of aerial street map:  The City Council will discuss the purchase of an aerial mosaic street map.
