CROSSFIT XLR8
Get in the best shape of your life…TODAY! Do you want to get back into shape, improve your athletic performance, bored with your same old workout, or just ready for a life changing experience? Well, your solution is here! There is no comparison if you want to accelerate (XLR8) your physical and mental ability. Join CrossFit XLR8 today and be on your way to a healthier, happier lifestyle.
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that delivers fitness by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing.
CrossFit is “constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements.” Functional movements are universal motor recruitment patterns; they are performed in a wave of contraction from core to extremity; and they are compound movements—i.e., they are multi-joint. They are natural, effective, and efficient locomotors of body and external objects. But no aspect of functional movements is more important than their capacity to move large loads over long distances, and to do so quickly.
CrossFit classes are conducted in group sessions with personal coaching in every class. Being a member of CrossFit XLR8 you never have to worry about what to do in the gym , you will have FUN while maximizing progress and not have to spend hours in the gym. CrossFit classes will be held at scheduled times and member ship fees are listed below.
Potential members must complete six Level I classes to learn the CrossFit Fundamental Exercises before advancing to Level II classes. Level I classes are $75 and are offered at 5:30 AM and 5:30 PM only. Upon completing the Level I classes, participants may become members of Level II by purchasing a membership plan. New participants will receive a t-shirt and a membership to Beyond the Whiteboard. Level III classes are by invitation only.
