The City of Portland has been informed by the Coastal Bend Youth Soccer Association (CBYSA) that the Gregory Portland Soccer Association (GPSA), which is unaffiliated with the City of Portland, is ineligible to compete in the CBYSA spring season. The City of Portland is working with CBYSA to ensure that all Portland players and teams can compete in the spring season.
- For U10 – U15 players, GPSA teams will play under the charter of other local clubs. GPSA teams may still practice at the City of Portland Soccer Complex and games will be played throughout the region. GPSA coaches will be contacted directly in the next several days with additional information.
- For U5 – U8 players, the City of Portland will be managing the spring season on behalf of the GPSA. Practices and games will be played at the City of Portland Soccer Complex. Practices and game schedules will follow the traditional spring season. Coaches will be contacted directly in the next several days with additional information.
