The City of Portland works in partnership with the youth sports associations in Portland. The sports facilities were created primarily to serve the citizens of Portland and to provide them with the best fields in South Texas.

PTX Basketball League is powered by DUB Sports Brand. The PTX basketball league is for both boys and girls from grades Kindergarten to 12th grade with emphasis on proper fundamentals such as Dribbling, Passing and Shooting.
7V7 PTX Flag Football Powered by DUB Sports Brand The flag football season is for both boys and girls grades kindergarten to 12th grade with emphasis on promoting a competitive, confidence building, non-contact experience for both boys and girls of all skill levels.
Winter High School Baseball League is a community-based baseball program for the experienced player. This is where it all starts and is the foundation for the player who wishes to compete at the highest level. This is a great program to enjoy the game while playing in your community with friends. All Winter League High School Baseball Teams will be centered on learning and developing the fundamentals of the game as well as success, safety, and, above all, FUN!
