The Communication and Marketing Department develops internal and external communications, assists in managing citizen participation initiatives, and handles marketing and advertising for City projects and initiatives.

  • Live and archived video content and other programming for the City’s Government Access Channel, Time Warner/Spectrum Channel 82-20
  • Portland Chamber of Commerce community marketing and special events
  • Publication of City E-News
  • City’s biennial customer service survey
  • Media relations for most departments
