The Gregory-Portland Independent School District will keep all of its campuses closed this summer to help keep our community safe. As a result, the City of Portland Parks & Recreation Department cannot offer Kidz Kamp at school district facilities this summer. The program’s cancellation during these unprecedented times is disappointing and we thank you for your continued support of our community.

The Parks & Recreation staff plans to share a variety of virtual programs throughout the summer! Be sure to “like” the City of Portland Parks & Recreation Department Facebook page and follow along to see what fun activities are posted.

We anticipate opening Kidz Klub registration for next school year in late July 2020. The Portland Parks & Recreation Department will update our website and Facebook page as more information becomes available. Thank you for your understanding! #PortlandTogether

The Parks and Recreation Department is dedicated to creating a sense of community for Portland residents. We strive to enhance the quality of life here by offering diverse recreational programs, unique parks, and memorable special events.
